 Interface
 
The web-interface is able to display the status of all 1wire devices. It gives the last measure taken on each 1wire devices detected on your 1wire network.

A graphic view is available for each devices which represents the last 30 values read for your device.

You can define rules for each DS2406 devices based on a timestamp or by a consigne value applied to another device.
 

 Scripts
 

A Perl script allows to survey the 1wire network and store any changes to the database.
This script is launched by a cron job every minute by default and writes only values which changes (This avoids overloading the database).
This script can also be launched manually.

Note for Windows users: this script is replaced by a Java Windows NT service.

 

 Security
 

Since devices can be commanded from the web-interface a login/password solution has been implemented to secure the site. However, it is strongly recommended to use this web-interface at home only and on a local network. You can allow incoming connection on your server but it is at your own risk!
